Eltronicschool. - One integrated circuit (IC) that used for stereo headphone amplifier application is IC LM4910. When we use IC LM4910 to make our stereo headphone amplifier, we will get some advantages as follow:
- Can operated with low voltage, 3.3 volt
- Output power 0.35 mW with 32 ohm load.
- Very low distortion ( less than 1%) and the shutdown current is less than 1uA.
- Suitable for battery operated applications
- Turn ON/OFF click elimination
And in this time we will show you the electronic circuit Stereo Headphone Amplifier using IC LM4910 as like in figure 1 below.

- VCC = 3.3 Volt
Description
Circuit schematic stereo headphone amplifier using IC LM4910 like in figure 1 above, show us that it is very simple circuit and useful circuit schematic. From the circuit above we can describe that C1 and C2 are the input DC decoupling capacitors for the left and right input channels. R1 and R2 are the respective input resistors. R3 is the feed back resistor for left channel while R4 is the feed back resistor for the right channel. C3 is the power supply filter capacitor. The feedback resistors also sets the closed loop gain in conjunction with the corresponding input resistors. (Source:Circuitstoday)
